The Julie Smart bag is a clear vinyl bag with a reversible cover. Perfect for those who are allowed to carry only a clear purse or tote to work . Once you leave the job, just slip the reversible cover over the bottom of the bag to hide your possessions. Dimensions are given for 2 sizes of bags. The tote size is great for carrying those extra items, such as a paperback book, magazine, camera, bottle of water and snacks. The purse size will hold your wallet, checkbook, cosmetic bag, cell phone, sunglasses case, and more. Pattern also contains tips on cutting and sewing vinyl. The tote size of this bag is similar
in size to the Eliza Jane Smart tote, but because there is no lining to hide
the raw seams, the cuff unit has been completely re-designed. There
are no fabric raw edges showing. There is also a nice trick (using
boning) to make the tote bag stand up even when empty. More Details

The Dolly Smart bag is like 3 bags in one. It has 3 zippered bags that are connected to each other to form 2 more pockets that close with Velcro. Complete, detailed instructions include full-color photographs, and an easy zipper installation. All sections are fully lined, with no raw edges showing. Dimensions are given for 2 sizes of bags. The large version uses 9 inch zippers, and is great for a purse. It will hold a wallet, checkbook, camera, cell phone, and more. The Velcro-ed pockets make for quick and easy access to your keys and cell phone. The small version uses 7 inch zippers, and is a good size for organizing small items or taking sewing supplies to class. There is an optional button-on panel that you can use to identify what Dolly is carrying. Cookie Smart is such a smart bag. It is perfect for when you just need to carry a few items. It is fully lined and has a back pocket for those items you need fast access to. But what makes Cookie so smart is that the flap is removable, so it can be changed. You can make one basic bag, and then make many extra flaps. They attach to the back of the bag with buttons, which are hidden inside the back pocket. Think of these flaps as a small art quilt. Get creative with embellishing. The Eliza Jane Smart is the perfect everyday tote bag. It still has the Smart Handbag's original design of a removable cover, but now this cover has optional pockets!! This is not just a larger version of the Grace Smart bag. It has a different construction technique. There is no need to turn the bag through an opening in the lining, so a firmer interfacing can be used, and this allows the tote bag to stand on it's own. It has a great simple shape that makes it perfect for embellishing or high-lighting a machine embroidery design. It is fully lined, and has 6 interior pockets.
